Printed card or NFC tap card?
Tap cards sell for about $20 to $50 each. Here is what you get for that, next to a card you print yourself.
| Compare | Printed card (this page) | NFC tap card |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Free to print | About $20 to $50 each |
| What it opens | Your Google review form | The same Google review form |
| Works with | Any phone camera | Phones with NFC turned on; some cards add a QR code for the rest |
| Follows up by email | No | No |
| Wear | Paper; laminate it or reprint any time | Plastic; lasts longer on a busy counter |
Neither card can ask a customer who has already left. A short email after the job, with one reminder, reaches every customer, including the ones who never stood at your counter.
How to print it
- Find your business above, then pick the size you want.
- Press Print and choose your printer, or choose Save as PDF to send the file to a print shop.
- For the table tent, print on letter paper and fold along the middle. The top half prints upside down so both sides read the right way up.
Questions
- What sizes can I print?
- A business card (3.5 × 2 inches), a table tent printed on letter paper and folded, and an A6 counter sign (105 × 148 mm). Each carries your business name and review QR code.
- Do I need a special printer?
- No. Any home or office printer works; card stock makes the business card and table tent sturdier. To have them printed professionally, save as PDF and send the file to a print shop.
- Is an NFC tap card better?
- It is sturdier, and some customers like tapping, but it opens the same review link as the QR code. If you buy one, check that it also carries a QR code for phones without NFC.
- Can I put a discount for a review on the card?
- No. Google does not allow incentives for reviews, and the FTC's rule bans incentives tied to a positive review. The card should only ask.

Ask everyone
GossipGarden never screens customers before the ask, and neither should this card. Every customer gets the same link — that is what makes the reviews real, and what keeps you on the right side of Google's policy.

Compliant by design
Every customer gets the same ask, and nobody is filtered out by rating. That filtering is what Google's April 2026 policy update made explicitly against its rules. GossipGarden has no gate to turn off.
