Where to put your review QR code
- On the counter where customers pay. A small stand or a sticker by the card reader is seen by everyone.
- On every invoice and receipt, next to the total, with one line: "Scan to leave us a Google review."
- On your van or job board, at least 2 cm (about an inch) across, so a phone can read it from a step away.
- On the paperwork you leave after a job, so the ask is there while the customer is still thinking about the work.
Questions
- Does the QR code open the review form directly?
- Yes. It holds your business's write-a-review link, so a scan opens the star rating on Google rather than your profile page.
- PNG or SVG: which should I download?
- SVG for anything a print shop makes or anything large, like a van or a sign, because it stays sharp at any size. PNG for documents, invoices and social posts.
- Will the QR code stop working?
- No. It holds your review link and nothing else, with no redirect through us, so it keeps working whether or not you ever sign up.
- Can I ask only happy customers to scan it?
- No. Google's policy does not allow asking only the customers you expect to be happy. Put the code where every customer sees it, and ask everyone the same way.

Ask everyone
GossipGarden never screens customers before the ask, and neither should this card. Every customer gets the same link — that is what makes the reviews real, and what keeps you on the right side of Google's policy.

$29 a month, locked for life
The founding price for every business that subscribes before December 31, 2026. It stays $29 for as long as you stay subscribed. New subscriptions after that are $49 a month.
60-day money-back guarantee
If it isn't working for you, ask within 60 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Compliant by design
Every customer gets the same ask, and nobody is filtered out by rating. That filtering is what Google's April 2026 policy update made explicitly against its rules. GossipGarden has no gate to turn off.
