Connect where your customers already are
Your customers are probably already in a spreadsheet, an invoicing app or a booking calendar. These guides send them to GossipGarden from there, so each one is asked for a review after the job. No typing.
How it works
- Your account has a private address. A tool that can send a webhook posts a finished job to it: Zapier, Make, or the tool itself.
- Each customer it receives is asked for a review by email, with the same ask every customer gets. A customer is asked once for each job, however many times the tool sends it.
- Or skip the tools: share a Google Sheet and GossipGarden reads it every 15 minutes.
Guides
- Housecall ProAsk when a job is completed. With Zapier, or with Housecall Pro's own webhook.
- ShopifyAsk when an order is fulfilled. With a webhook from your Shopify admin, or with Zapier.
- CalendlyAsk after the meeting ends. With Zapier and a send-after time.
- Google CalendarAsk when an appointment ends. With Zapier.
- Google SheetsAsk every customer in a sheet, and every new row. No Zapier needed.
- ZapierThe webhook step, for any app Zapier can read a customer from.
- MakeThe HTTP module, for any app Make can read a customer from.
Using something else?
Any tool that can send a webhook, or save to a Google Sheet, works. The Zapier and Make guides list every field you can send, and you can test your address with one line in a terminal.
What it will never do
It never asks only some customers. There is no field for how the visit went and no way to leave a customer out by it: every customer you send is asked, once for each job. What review gating is and why it matters.
Where it lives in the app
Your private address, your sheets and what each delivery became are in GossipGarden under Settings › Connect.
